This class is designed to increase your current fitness level no matter where you are. Whether you are an elite athlete wanting to compete at a higher level or someone who has not done anything in a while and wants to get fit again, our coaches will instruct you on proper exercise movements and technique, while guiding and motivating you through some of the toughest workouts you have ever experienced.

All Fitness Levels are welcome. All workouts are scaled down or up to your individual fitness level.

Oly Lifting Coaching and Instruction.

Each class consists of various elements and drills followed by a properly designed workout to effectively execute and increase your Speed-Strength and Athletic Power in the Over-Head Squat, Snatch, Clean and Jerk along with their supplemental and accessory exercises.

This class is also an excellent training supplement to our Sports Conditioning program for athletes that compete in other sports outside of Olympic Weightlifting such as football, wrestlling, soccer, volleyball, track and field, baseball or gymnastics.

 

Strength, Speed, Agility & Quickness Coaching and Instruction.

Each class consists of various elements and drills followed by a properly designed workout to effectively execute and increase your Speed-Strength, Max Strength, Acceleration and Overall Speed, Agility & Quickness and Athletic Power.

This class is designed for athletes who compete in team or individual sports such as football, wrestlling, soccer, volleyball, track and field, baseball, golf or gymnastics.

This class is also an excellent training supplement to our Olympic Weightlifting program for Oly Lifting athletes that want some variety during the off season, or during their General Physical Preparedness training cycle.
